This edition does not accept memberships, payments, genome uploads or life-archive submissions. The contact form accepts your name, email address, inquiry topic and message so Christopher Hill can respond. Do not submit genetic files, medical records, passwords or other sensitive personal information. There are no advertising analytics in the site code.

Contact messages

Messages are emailed to Christopher Hill at chris@maxwellx.com. Your email address is used as the reply address. The form uses an essential session cookie, a hidden spam field and temporary submission counters to protect against abuse. The site does not create a separate database of contact messages.

Correspondence may remain in the recipient’s mailbox and the hosting or email provider’s systems while the inquiry is handled. To ask about or request deletion of a message, email chris@maxwellx.com. Temporary anti-spam counters use a hashed network address and are cleaned up after they expire; ordinary hosting logs may retain connection information under the host’s settings.

Local tools

Calculator inputs are processed in the browser. The preservation checklist is stored in browser local storage and can be cleared using Reset. The checksum tool reads a selected file locally using the browser’s cryptographic API; the site code does not upload it.

Sharing

Social links open the service you choose with the page title and public link. No social-network widgets or tracking scripts are loaded by this site. Copy link uses your device’s clipboard when allowed; native sharing opens your device’s share menu. No contact-form text is included in a shared link.

External services

Opening a source or research search sends your request to that provider. Its privacy terms, cookies and access rules then apply. Avoid putting personal genetic information or private records into public search queries.

Hosting

The hosting and access provider may process ordinary connection and access information. No claim of anonymous infrastructure is made. A future member service will require a separate, complete privacy policy, consent framework and security design.
